I had to pick someone up, so the hotel arranged a late check‑in for us, and everything went smoothly.

The staff were very friendly and kind, the room and bathroom were clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was great. Dogs are welcome, and there’s a separate area where they can join the breakfast. The location is beautiful, with the beach just around the corner, and the value for money is absolutely fine. Only a few small issues: the room was a bit small, and the breakfast room got a little crowded during rush hour, but we (two people) got a table right away. The view toward the beach is lovely. Parking is not great, but overall it’s a nice place.

“Fijn hotel aan zee”

The receptionist kindly let me know that I could check out an hour later at no extra cost because I had to attend a wedding the night before, which people really appreciate. The room and bathroom were nice, and the location right on the dike was perfect. The hotel has no parking, so you have to look for spots on the streets around the hotel, which isn’t obvious on a busy Saturday, and you have to pay for the whole day or face a fine. Other than that, nothing negative about this hotel.

This isn’t our first time at the Exelsior, and it’s always just as good. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and do everything they can for the guests. Nothing negative.
