Nothing positive; the people were disgusting, apparently bankrupt, and gave no notice. They refused to answer the phone (I was standing outside and couldn’t get in), only answered after 10 calls and then shouted at me. Afterwards, they never answered again and were unreachable—an appalling experience.

We had nothing good to say; Enjoy had been closed for months, so we didn't get a room in the evening and had to head home after the concert. Terrible experience.

Nothing, because it’s permanently closed. The hotel is bankrupt and that was only communicated on site via email. They charged my credit card immediately after booking. The money is gone; will they refund it?

The handling of my disappointment—standing in front of a closed door, rebooking, and contacting customer service “Timothy”—was frustrating. I received an update within 6 days, but unfortunately… I would like a refund as soon as possible. Regards, F. Grothues.
