The hotel’s location was superb, close to the beach and within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and amenities, so getting around was really easy and convenient. However, the cleaning standards were very poor: the fridge had a large amount of old spillage and visible mould, which was extremely unpleasant, and the shower had clearly not been cleaned properly. The lady at reception was also rude and unhelpful, and her manner was not welcoming or professional.

The staff were very welcoming, the place is well located and the rooms are spacious. The only downside was the missing kitchen; otherwise I would have stayed longer.

The location was nice and the staff were friendly, but the room we received didn’t match the photos, the fridge was broken, there wasn’t even a trash can, we got only one roll of toilet paper during four nights, no cleaning was done, the standard double‑room had a bed but no space to move around, the TV didn’t work, the wooden floors were old, the curtains were ripped from the cornice and only a sheer curtain was there – no blackout or sunshade – and overall nothing was cleaned during our five‑day stay.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room wasn't even properly cleaned when I arrived, and I could see dust and dirt all over the place. It set a terrible tone for the rest of my visit. The constant noise from the corridors and outside made it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they just ignored me. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unbothered and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
