The stay was very comfortable, the staff were very nice and cooperative, the location was good, and the property itself was ultimate; there was a huge garden surrounding the property which was very nicely maintained. Everything was good, but on the first day of my stay the room was not cleared properly; the next day, when I complained about the same, the room was cleared properly. Also, as per the season the rates were a bit high, otherwise the property was cool.

Location and layout are good, but despite a prior request for twin beds, the room provided still did not have them; I had to request and then wait to be shifted to another room. One of the mattresses was saggy, and a request to room service to change it went in vain. Breakfast was average, below expectations—probably because it was off season—and the standards could have been better.
