The staff were super friendly and efficient, making the stay really enjoyable. The bed covers were itchy and smelled off, even though everything else looked clean.

The staff were very kind and the location is convenient, with a central spot that’s handy. However, the price feels high for the facilities, which look old and neglected despite being cleaned. The furniture, like the worn, dirty, and stained armchairs in the lounges, appears unmaintained, and there are boxes cluttering the reception and other areas, indicating a lack of recent investment. The mattresses and pillows are also very old, and overall maintenance is needed. The water pressure is very weak.

I liked the cozy vibe, the food was good, and the bar‑restaurant was solid. Getting tour companies was a bit difficult.
