Basic but clean and comfortable accommodation in a very good location in Insadong. I was travelling solo so it was all I needed and it was fine for two nights

Location. Terrible experience, avoid this place at all costs. The property looks nothing like the photos: it is completely dilapidated and poorly maintained. The bed sheets were visibly stained, and to make matters worse, I found bedbugs in my bed. I had to pack my things and leave the accommodation urgently in the middle of my stay. I reached out to the guesthouse management immediately to request a refund, but they completely ignored me and never replied. Absolutely unacceptable and a health hazard

There was no hot water. I sent a message to the host but the response time is very slow. Took two days to reply and did not reply the second time when I complained there was no hot water

The location was good, on Insadong street, and the rooftop had romance and charm. After staying 3 nights and 4 days, I forgot the checkout time on the last day, but I had gone out briefly in the morning without contacting anyone and left my luggage in the plastic bag outside while the cleaning was happening. It was my fault for not keeping the time, but I didn’t feel good. The toilet drain had a terrible smell, and every time someone cleaned the bathroom downstairs there was a noise. The sink didn’t drain well, which was very inconvenient, but I had considered the low price, so I had accepted it. On the last day everything collapsed.
