The location is convenient for exploring the city.
When I got sick late at night, Norik dropped everything to drive to a pharmacy and bring me medicine.
The room was spacious and spotless.
You can rent a bike nearby.

Everything was simply wonderful! The welcoming hosts made our stay unforgettable. If you want to feel like cherished guests of close relatives, this place is exactly right. The house and its surroundings are quiet, and the soft, comfortable beds are everything you need to sleep well. No stiff, dull interiors – you really feel like you're in a home. The two‑story house has a bathroom and kitchen on each floor, so you can buy fresh produce and cook yourself. We constantly felt cared for. Norik was everywhere we needed, and some trips were even free gifts. He stayed in touch to offer advice or help. He organized a fantastic trip to Dilijan, and the ride was comfortable and safe. Breakfasts were magnificent, so plentiful that eating everything seemed impossible. They also served watermelon just for the pleasure of it, not for profit. The care continued even after we needed to check out. The hosts let us stay until the evening departure to the airport (we travel a lot, and this hospitality is truly rare). And not just stay, but in comfortable conditions – we could rest and stroll before the night flight. We assure everyone that the hosts are people of rare kindness; we didn't want to leave. As the Bible says: “A good person keeps good within themselves.” If we come to Sevan again, we’ll only go here. We’ll recommend it to friends. Nothing was wrong for us.
“Chaleureux et confortable”
Being so close to the locals was a plus. The spacious room was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. The room was warm, colourful, and well decorated. The owner was available to take us to Dilijan. It was enjoyable.
The host was incredibly welcoming, even though English wasn’t their strong suit, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their effort.
“A reserver sans hésitation”
Norik, the owner, was welcoming, available, and friendly. I was lucky to stay in a large studio with a kitchen. The hotel is a 5‑minute walk from the city centre.
The owner was genuinely friendly and helped me out whenever I needed something, and we managed to chat fine using Google Translate. My room felt more like a tiny apartment – it had everything you could ask for. The only catch is that the space is split in two, with the bathroom at the back, so you have to coordinate with the other guest using the facilities. It isn’t a deal‑breaker for most backpackers, just something to keep in mind.
