Remote location, perfect for nature lovers, and Hadrian's Wall visitors, but also perfectly situated for Hallington Mill Wedding Venue, and Hexham. The room was comfy and clean, with a good shower. The rooms do not have any locks or keys, but the type of clientele means it is safe to leave belongings in an unlocked room. Carolyn is an excellent host, interested in your trip, and easy to chat with. Breakfast is a great mix of a fresh cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomato, plus as much toast, fruit, and cereal as you like. Plenty of parking. We booked a King Size room but only got a standard double
