The location was great and the place was clean, but there was no staff at the front desk, which was unusual. Our reservation number didn’t show up in the system, so we had to call the line. Fortunately everything got sorted out and we could check in.

The spot was well placed, but the check‑in was tricky because there’s no front desk and we had to do it ourselves; when we entered our surname, the system forced us to mash our four pinyin letters into three, didn’t tell us this, and kept rejecting our attempts until a kind German‑speaking lady called to help—otherwise we would have been stuck crying there, and the forms we had to fill were overly complicated.

The spot was excellent and the room and bed were comfy, but there was no human contact at check‑in and no phone support. There was nowhere to lock bikes, giving a very dystopian vibe. It was pricey for what you get.
