Rooms feature a work desk, armchair, and satellite TV, with free WiFi available. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The location is good, I found parking spots around. I didn’t receive any towels at all, breakfast gets smaller each time because of the limited selection, the hotel is worn out, I heard noise from the toilet every time I flushed. I don’t know why it’s called Best Western – the standard is lower than the rest of the chain. The location is good and it’s affordable.

Very low standard, doesn’t feel like a hotel. The staff (very young) were the best part. Requests to the hotel were ignored. The room faced Vättern, no issues answered. See attached photo. I got a first‑floor room, looked straight into the Matchstick Museum, Vättern was behind. The whole hotel needs renovation; it’s just painted here and there, but a few years ago it was different. Small bathroom with an old bathtub, no handicap‑friendly facilities. Low beds with holes in the sheets. I booked and paid for two nights but left after one.
