The shower worked, but I was denied coffee even after paying because of a 12‑minute restriction.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, but there was no outlet near the bed, the curtain was torn so it didn’t block outside light, and the air conditioning was very noisy.

The location and service were good, but the bedding, towels, curtains were old and stained, the rooms had a bad smell and the cleaning was lacking. IBIS has always been a simple hotel with decent comfort and cleanliness, but today it feels expensive and the facilities need renovation.
