The sheets might have been clean. The room was not tidied; the carpet was dusty, and dust nets and floor mats were everywhere. There was no microwave or any heating or cooking option. The restaurant closed at 14:30. We asked for a vacuum cleaner and ended up cleaning it ourselves.

I slept well and felt calm, the only downside was the tiny room and the friendly receptionist. I was in Budapest on Friday and my classmate was there too; we had to wait on Saturday for a place to eat breakfast and lunch. The faucet always dripped, looked dirty, had threads and I saw spider webs on the wall. The bed had a faint smell, I found a small spot and the Wi‑Fi was weak, so I couldn't have breakfast or dinner. Yesterday I went to another restaurant; it was fine, but on Friday night at 19:00 I tried to order a snack, the receptionist didn't hear me and on Saturday after 18:00 I tried again, still no response. I should have had dinner; I’m sad that I only visited once and will never stay again, because I wanted to dine and the receptionist seemed asleep.

We didn’t have breakfast, only dinner, which was tasty. The shower was not great; the water flow was intermittent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the owner's kindness, and the kids even got a free room with a balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our spacious room was perfect for the three of us, and it came with a microwave, fridge, and electric kettle, which was a lovely touch. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountains across the way, and the reception was warm and welcoming.
