The place had a unique, cozy vibe and was close to the town center, so I could grab meals nearby. Riding my motorcycle, I parked right on the property, which was a real convenience. The atmosphere felt different and charming, and the location made it easy to explore the city.

The spot was excellent and we left happy thanks to the warm service in the cabins. The staff made us feel welcome right from the start. Everything was just what we needed for a relaxed stay.

The loft‑style bungalows were charming, with four beds and a bathroom, and the kitchen in the main house let us cook our own meals. The first night was freezing because the heater was off, and even after it was turned on it stayed a bit chilly for March. The location is great – a short walk to the town center, and nearby attractions like Peito Moreno and El Chalten are worth a visit. They asked for pesos even though the booking said US$; I managed to get it sorted but it was annoying.

Avril made check‑in smooth and we paid in US$, which was fine. The cabin had a double‑deck bed on the ground floor and another double on the second level, plus a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water in the shower. WiFi was reliable, the place was spotless, and the heating kept us comfortable. When we had to leave at 11 am but our transfer wasn't until 2 pm, Avril let us use the kitchen for lunch and stay in the adjacent office building with a restroom and WiFi.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was solid, and the cabins were comfortable with a friendly, flexible owner who even offered a few breakfast items. However, the cleaning left something to be desired – the mattresses were stained and the bathroom and under‑bed areas weren't spotless.
