The property is beautifully maintained. The food was outstanding and each meal offered superb variety. The staff were professional and helpful with every request. I’d like to thank our housekeeper, Seyna, for the excellent work she did for us daily.

The meals were of very good quality, and the room had all the facilities. The pool was wonderful, something I discovered on the day I left. However, there are two lamps that cannot be turned off once you’re already on the bed; the switch system needs improvement.

The children’s animation was excellent.

The staff responded to our requests and tried to be helpful. The room had a ventilation odor and the bathroom was poorly ventilated, creating a stale feeling. Additionally, on some days a sweet, sour smell from outside—likely from the sewer due to low pressure—made the experience truly unpleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spotless, well‑maintained, and very comfortable, making our visit truly pleasant. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, giving us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious and healthy options available throughout our stay; every meal was fresh, well‑prepared, and surpassed our expectations. The hotel activities were excellent, offering plenty of entertainment and relaxation opportunities. Whether you want to stay active or simply unwind, there’s something for everyone. A highlight was the beautiful beach—clean, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings. I would suggest extending the gym’s hours, as closing at 18:46 may not suit everyone.
