The room was dark with really poor lighting. Right after I checked in I heard the staff mocking me, with one of them saying something negative about me – pathetic. The hotel itself was rinky‑dinky, and the customer service at check‑in turned the whole stay into a negative experience.

The location and price were fine, but a $20 charge for a dog stay per night is absurd when a 5‑star hotel in Paducah charges $10. The window wasn’t sealed properly, so it rained and leaked in. I paid extra for a working jacuzzi, but it didn’t work.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The power outage was caused by a storm, not the hotel’s fault.
