The hotel is gorgeous, with plenty of entertainment areas and a lovely landscape. The half‑board that includes breakfast and dinner didn’t feel worth the price; the breakfast was fantastic with many options, but the dinner was weak and the choices didn’t please everyone. I suggest improving the dinner menu.

The São João festival was pretty. The full board was very bad, the restaurant left a lot to be desired, the food was expensive and tasteless. I would not return.

The place was super cozy and quiet, the food was amazing and the breakfast was top‑notch. The scenery was beautiful, and interacting with the animals was a highlight. I absolutely loved it.

I stayed for a short time during low season, so the meals were a bit underwhelming—breakfast had a tiny buffet, and the à la carte for lunch and dinner was sparse with missing options. The food itself was tasty, but leftovers like sweet potato mash and breakfast bread ended up in the main dishes, which was annoying. The staff were all friendly, especially the front desk girls, Gustavo who helped feed the animals, and Janailson.
