The place was clean and the restaurant served excellent food, but we were disappointed that the 8 saunas could only be used fully undressed, a rule that wasn’t disclosed before booking, so we only got to use the pool with the kids. We chose this hotel mainly for its spa, so that was a let‑down. The front desk staff varied: some were very friendly but couldn’t do much, while others seemed rude and uninterested.

The staff were great and welcoming, and the facilities are comprehensive and high‑quality. The rooms are comfortable, but there are many details that need fixing.

The hotel’s location lets you unwind from everyday life, though it feels more tourist‑oriented. There are plenty of parking spots at a reasonable price right outside the door. Every time we came, we struggled to get the egg dishes because the staff were usually not available, which was a bit annoying. A pepper grinder was once on every table, but now you have to bring your own.
