The hotel looks lovely and the green spaces are excellent, yet there was no phone in the room for basic needs; we asked for an iron and none was available. The green areas and small pool were nice, but they never mentioned that the pool was available for use, and the most important issue was that it was 40 minutes away from where the hotel claimed it was. That distance is dangerous at night, especially with the poor road condition connecting Jonotla (where the hotel is) to Cuetzalan (where the hotel is listed). This misinformation is misleading and puts guests at risk, so I give it a 0.

The continental breakfast was good, yet we had no internet at all throughout our stay, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, there were damaged areas in the room that hadn’t been maintained, which is unacceptable for a boutique hotel.
