Unfortunately, the guest's stay was marred by a strong smell of smoke and poor soundproofing in their room.

Our stay at this hotel was comfortable, thanks to the exceptional staff who went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. Although the neighborhood wasn't ideal, the hotel's proximity to a subway stop made up for it. The staff's use of translation apps helped bridge the language gap, and their willingness to provide a mini fridge for our room was a thoughtful touch.

The hotel's convenient location near the subway and abundance of nearby dining options made for a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast offerings fell short of expectations, and communication challenges with the staff were a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel's helpful staff and good food made up for some of its shortcomings.
