Bristol Infinity Rio Claro

“Ótimo custo benefício. Eu voltaria. E recomendo.”

The beds were very comfortable and the room had great soundproofing—no external noise. The room and bathroom were very clean, the towel, shampoo, and conditioner kit was excellent, and the lighting was good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the gym was great. Overall, the leisure options were very good. One pillow was different, which could be better. The TV only had cable channels, and even though the remote had an Internet option, the receptionist told me it didn’t connect, so no Netflix or streaming—just antenna channels. Dinner dishes were priced higher than expected, which was normal but seemed excessive. Parking is free, which is a plus, but it’s hard to maneuver the car; you can’t leave the hotel quickly without careful handling.

“Boa e seria melhor com menos barulho”

The staff were clean and courteous. The acoustics are terrible—noise from other rooms carries into yours, and the general noise level is high when people talk. In the restaurant, you can’t stay long because the noise is too annoying.

Comfortable, but the location is not ideal.

There was no power outlet at the desk; it’s far away and makes using a laptop difficult. The hotel is good, comfortable, clean, and the food is decent.

The service was excellent, the room was large and spotless, and the breakfast was good and varied; I loved everything and recommend staying at this hotel.
