The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help and even gave us tips on transport and things to do. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, which means the streets are packed with motorbikes and the noise and dust can be pretty intense. Good service, but the location is noisy.

Roberto the parrot was absolutely adorable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were also very kind, making the stay pleasant overall.

Being right in the city centre made it super easy to get anywhere we needed, and the front desk person was friendly and helpful. On the downside, there was no hot water and the shower flow couldn't be adjusted, and the constant city noise made sleeping a bit tough, especially over the weekend. Convenient location, but not the quietest.

Everything matched what was promised, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. No complaints.
