Everything was very clean, but I never met the owners—only via message or call.

The cleanliness was fine and our room was pretty tidy. If you’re just looking to sleep, it’s okay, but if you want to spend time there it can feel dull because the room is very small. We were three people, so it was cramped. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but you can walk to the center if you like. There’s no elevator, and the rooms are on the top floor, so carrying large, heavy suitcases like ours was very difficult.

It was close to the central station. The room was clean and had everything you need—iron, hairdryer, etc.—and I really liked the bathroom. It was a bit noisy; you can hear the neighbors all the time, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

We were comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was great—just a few minutes’ walk from the station. Overall nothing to complain about, but if I had to note something, the bed didn’t have at least a bedside table or a shelf nearby for small items like glasses and a phone.
