The room was fine. The sink was tiny and only a thin stream of water came out. I had to pay for coffee at breakfast even though it was supposed to be included. Some reception staff didn't speak German. They tried to arrange a taxi to the airport that was more expensive than a taxi to the hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful, yet the room had no working AC, no mini‑fridge, and a non‑functional TV. The bathroom was small with insufficient hot water and the sink felt like an afterthought. Breakfast was disappointing; it was ordered from a local spot and there were no on‑site facilities. The hotel sits among other airport hotels. Despite the front desk's efforts, the stay was a letdown.
