Breakfast wasn’t included; the floor was cracking, the wall‑mounted heater was broken, parking was scarce, and the path to the unit entrance needed work because wheeled suitcases had to be carried over it.

I didn’t eat breakfast. 1. The bed is awful, it sinks like a camel’s hump, especially in room 4 where I slept last year and it’s still the same this year. 2. While showering, the water suddenly turns cold from nowhere. 3. The shower tiles are slippery; install proper tiles or a grip mat so people don’t slip and risk breaking their neck—please improve. Install a TV camera at your gate for reception safety and for guests waiting at the gate, to prevent thugs or hijackers from entering.

The location was close to my workplace, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean.

The linen was clean, but the room was cramped and in need of TLC, the coffee mugs were old and chipped, there was no hot water from the shower at night, the plug points were loose and dangerous, and it didn’t match the description.

Check‑in was easy and the value for money was great, though the air‑con was noisy.
