Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The room had all the essentials and felt spotless, and the free Wi‑Fi was handy. When I had to cancel a night because my work plans changed at the last minute, the staff handled it smoothly and I appreciated the help. I accidentally booked a smoking room and the smell was pretty strong at first, but they left a deodorising spray in the room, which helped and by the second day it wasn’t bothering me much.

The room was spotless. I walked a fair distance from Hamamatsu‑cho Station, which was a bit of a trek.

The price was low and the single road leading from the station made it easy to find, which I liked. A child managed to crawl under the bed and when they emerged everything—clothes, hair—was covered in dust. The bathroom toiletries seemed mislabeled: there were two bottles marked “conditioner,” yet one was actually body soap. When I pulled out the bath mat, a used facial pack from the previous guest was tucked inside, which was very disappointing.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast tasted good, though I felt the main protein portion was lacking—I would have liked a hamburger or something similar. The noise from the train kept me awake, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem to work properly.

The hotel is close to the station and offers good value. The facilities feel outdated.
