The staff were lovely, there was a gym and breakfast tasted good. We ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and the Benihana restaurant especially impressed us with its food and atmosphere. I want to highlight the Filipino staff who were very friendly, attentive and welcoming, creating a beautiful vibe that made us feel great. Thank you for this lovely experience – we will definitely come back. ❤️ However, a few things disappointed us: we booked for two people but the room only had one set of bathrobe and slippers, which would have been normal for two. Also, some of the cold cuts at breakfast had a taste and smell that made us think they weren’t very fresh; this should be checked more closely. Overall, we really appreciated the atmosphere, especially the Benihana experience and the Filipino staff’s kindness, but hope these small issues improve in the future.
