Everything was terrible. They charged me a $25.00 non smoking deposit that they said would be refunded to my card, but it hasn't come back. The place smelled awful—musty, in fact. We received three paper‑thin pillows for a king bed. The sheets were dingy and so were the towels. The photos online looked nothing like the room they handed us. The floor was crumbling in several spots and the bathtub was wet. We arrived at 9:00 PM, so I didn't fully grasp that. This room caused my husband and me to have our hotel booking privileges revoked.

The location was good and the super was great. The freezer was good. The bathtub needed to be replaced and had too many stains. The bath towels were too thin and needed replacement. I tried to get more sheets, but they were locked up.

“Will not honor reservations made 2 months in advance”

In the past this place has been great, but this year it was a complete failure. I arrived on the day I’d booked, but at first they claimed my reservation was canceled even though everything was confirmed. Then they told a wild story that I’d booked for the day before and that it was a no‑show. Whatever “system” they use didn’t match any of the information I had. They offered to call me if someone didn’t show up, but we found somewhere else to stay.

“Price was good, ratings were deceiving.”

The location was close to our venue and inexpensive. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The phone was sticky. No blankets, only sheets to cover. The beds were hard, like sleeping on the floor.

Didn't like nothing since room was canceled without notice. No communication of room being canceled. Had spoke to someone who works there Thursday confirming my room. Went to check in Saturday night and was told my booking was canceled
