The station is really close, the host was friendly and explained all the facilities, and the second‑floor balcony offers a view of Mount Fuji on clear days, though the host couple live downstairs. The slope up is steep, so be careful if you’re pushing heavy luggage.

I stayed on the second floor. I had a twin room, a double room, and a room with a sofa. The second floor also had a toilet, sink, microwave, and fridge, which was convenient. The sofa room had a balcony with a nice night view and, depending on the weather, you could see Mount Fuji; smoking was allowed. The bathroom had a key‑locked dressing room door, shampoo, makeup remover, towels, and the rest was fine if you just changed clothes. The path from the station was a steep slope, so it surprised me; it’s close to the station but people with limited mobility or large luggage should be cautious.

They happily accommodated my request, the location was close to the station and quiet, but the shared areas might bother some people.

They were flexible with check‑in and check‑out and made it work for me, which was a huge help—thanks! The husband and wife were wonderful, and the place is very convenient. The bath is shared, so I was worried about bumping into other guests.
