The rooms are excellent, the cleanliness in the hotel is impeccable and the staff is very friendly.
“Muy bonito con puntos a mejorar”
The hotel’s architecture is beautiful, the details, even the scent. The service needs better training for staff and the shower didn’t regulate hot water well.
“Perfect boutique hotel in central Merida”
The property is gorgeous and sits in a perfect spot, the staff are friendly, the food is excellent and the service is top‑class. They really get what makes a boutique hotel special and have nailed every detail in a stylish, luxurious oasis. There was nothing to complain about.
“Excelente estancia”

“Me encantó”
