Hotel Coronado, located 200 meters from Paral•lel Metro Station, offers 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. Its simple rooms feature private bathrooms, air conditioning, and heating. A lobby bar-cafeteria serves drinks and snacks. The hotel is close to Ramblas, Magic Fountains, and Barcelona's port, with numerous bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The metro to the station was not far. The hotel was in bad condition, with many broken parts, worn-out floor, bathroom furniture, and rotten door jambs. It didn’t feel hygienic or pleasant, the staff seemed stuck in the old building, and the neighbourhood wasn’t very nice. The bed was very small and we had to share one wide pillow, which was uncomfortable.

The place was clean and in a good spot, but the doors of the neighboring rooms made a lot of noise and the hallway door didn’t block the sound well.

The accommodation delivered on its promises, everything was well organized, but the real highlight was the hotel staff’s friendliness, all of them very charismatic and super professional.

The location and the staff were fine, but the quality was poor: the shower was awful, the tap water was weak, part of the shower curtain was missing so water leaked out, the sheets were worn out, and the window didn’t seal properly letting street air in.
