The staff’s service is good. In the bathroom, daily cleaning was not evident; the curtains in the room were in poor condition, the room looked old and needed modernization and more regular cleaning. We enjoy staying with you, but the quality has dropped while the price remains high. Even the breakfast has changed: it’s now split, and the items look outdated—bananas and watermelon were not fit for consumption. We paid for a better breakfast, yet there was no variety. I mentioned this to the person in charge of the dining area, and they said that’s all there is, and guests cannot add more. There were few guests, and I pointed out that we are paying for breakfast for six people and there’s nothing to complement it except the eggs we requested at our preference. The only addition we could make was charro beans with cheese, which I remember from previous visits. That’s why I liked this hotel before, because of the wide variety of buffet items. Now it’s very basic, and the room cost is high, so there’s no cost‑quality relationship. I hope you improve this. I didn’t take photos because I decided not to stay or recommend you, as I had always considered this one of the best hotels, and I didn’t know you would ask for them in this survey, so I can’t share them. But please focus more on cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms and shower areas.
