Very good hotel. Water pressure in the shower is good, the towels smell good. Friendly reception and very helpful. We have only positive experiences

The best hotel we’ve stayed at so far. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every member of the staff was incredibly warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to assist with anything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. They also have a restaurant right next to the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the front desk staff, the chef, the server, and everyone else we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay. You all made us feel at home, and we truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service. We would be happy to come back again!

Very good hotel

The hotel is generally nice, the bathrooms look good, the air conditioning works perfectly, the rooms are a decent size, and there's a nice minibar. A fridge in each room is definitely a plus. The rooms face away from city noise, so it's pleasantly quiet. Everything seems fine. However, the rates feel a bit high for what you get. The staff didn't know we had booked, so we had to call a manager. They wanted to negotiate the price, but we had to show them to secure the agreed rate. The receptionist was on the phone when we arrived, and it took 5 to 10 minutes before she could detach herself. In our part of the world, talking on the phone for that long while customers arrive is considered rude.
