The pool is there, but it’s very unsafe; the hotel doesn’t share the pool, which is annoying.

The service attitude is decent, but the bathroom drainage is poor and the toilet gets clogged.

The location is excellent, and it’s one of the best hotels in the area. I stayed 11 nights and still got charged for a late check‑out. The air‑con and power sockets only work when the key is in the slot, so you always return to a hot room and nothing charges. The Wi‑Fi is very slow and can’t handle video calls; I complained but nothing changed. The maids used loud walkie‑talkie radios that woke me every morning in the corridor. The elevator and entrance could be tidier. Even though breakfast was included, I only ate once because “free” isn’t a reason to eat. The only good thing was the made‑to‑order omelette; everything else was bland, the coffee was bad, the carton fruit juice was cheap, and items that should be warm, like baked beans, were stone‑cold. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
