Everything was great. I don't understand the low rating. Only the shower in the area of the sealant turned black. Otherwise everything is fine. The shower was a bit dirty.

Everything was just fine, we were pleasantly surprised, the hotel is very high quality.

Cleanliness, room design and food were good. The fridge didn’t work in two rooms, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, the shower wasn’t sealed, the toilet was clogged.
