The place was warm and welcoming, right in the middle of everything. The décor was nice and the staff were friendly. I left feeling satisfied with no complaints.

The location was spot‑on for grabbing coffee, but the room had a lot of flaws. The floor was freezing, so I had to wear Uggs. The sofa was old and too low for my grandma, and the cushion kept sliding off. Getting out of bed was a struggle, and I had to bring my own pillows. The chair felt more like a patio chair than lounge furniture, which was disappointing for the price.

The location was fantastic, and the fire truck display added a cool historical touch that made the whole place feel unique.

The hotel was full of character and history, and the bed was super comfy. The spa bath was a real treat. The only downside was the gingerbread cookie left on the table – it tasted like petrol, probably from the nearby fire truck. The air‑conditioner was a pain: no windows for fresh air, and it was locked so I couldn’t switch it from heat.

The beds were great with plenty of pillows, so I slept like I was at home. The terrace apartment was beautiful and cozy. A few updates would help – the couches could use new cushions, and the coffee setup was underwhelming; a proper espresso machine or percolator would make a big difference.
