The location was excellent, and every staff member was helpful and kind; there was nothing to complain about.
“スタッフさん これからも頑張ってください。”
The staff were always polite and worked hard to help. I wish there had been a concierge, though the reception staff did a lot for me.
Everything was great.
“Wonderful Stay & Excellent Hospitality”
Thanks to all the wonderful staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality; we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate everything you did to make it so pleasant.
“A lovely hotel in Danang”
The staff and location are perfect. Gaga and her team at reception go above and beyond. The pool area feels a bit cramped, so we couldn't use it, which was a shame because it looks lovely.
