The spot was great until we realized there was nothing open for food – grocery stores and restaurants were all shut, making it a real food desert. No place to buy or eat anything close to the hotel.

The view of the baptistery was nice, but the room was only relatively clean, the AC dripped onto the pillow, we had burnt eggs at breakfast, and a defensive swan was skimming in a centimeter of water… Still, the hotel was full. We might have landed the last room that needs renovation.
