Location of the property from where you can have a nice view of the Phewa lake. Slightly larger room for a family of 3 would have been excellent

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, where the amazing and super helpful staff and fantastic location were let down by an outdated room and subpar facilities. The room was in need of renovation, and the broken shower was a significant inconvenience. However, the friendly staff made a big difference, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay more enjoyable.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which failed to live up to expectations given its high price tag. While the pool, gym, and spa facilities were well-equipped and nice, the laundry service was extremely overpriced and poorly executed, leaving my clothes ruined and stained. The staff were a mixed bag, with some being friendly and professional, while others seemed aimless and distant. Overall, I found the hotel to be overpriced on everything, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, feeling utterly unsafe and unsupported during my stay. My expensive down jacket was stolen from my locked room, and when I reported it to the management, they were unhelpful and uncooperative. Despite my repeated requests, they refused to assist me in filing a police report or taking any responsibility for the incident.
