Everything was fine, but the rooms were in a pretty sorry state. They need a serious renovation, and it's a shame because the location is actually pretty good. Maybe they'll get around to fixing it up eventually.

The room was fantastic, and I'd give it a full 10 out of 10. It was spacious, clean, and had a great location with easy parking. If I'm ever back in Chiang Mai, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel's parking lot was ridiculously small, and my bed was as hard as a rock. The air conditioning was super loud, and there was no hair dryer in the room. To top it off, the bathroom towels were so thin they fell apart easily. It was a bit of a letdown considering the hotel's potential.
