This place was spotless and had a great vibe, making it a good choice overall. However, there was one issue - the intercom wasn't working, which was a bit of a problem.

“I truly appreciated the way the staff provided help when I needed, especially in providing clear directions to my driver”

I was really impressed with the size and cleanliness of my room, but getting there was a bit of a challenge. If you're taking a taxi or auto-rickshaw, it's not easy to find. Also, I had to pay cash because they didn't accept credit cards, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

“Unprofessional staffs”

We booked two rooms at this hotel, expecting a hassle-free stay, but things took a turn for the worse when they called to say the rooms weren't available. I'd confirmed the booking the day before, but it seemed like they'd forgotten. The customer service was pretty poor, and it put a damper on our visit to see my niece take her exam.

I was blown away by the spotless rooms and top-notch facilities at this hotel. The staff were super helpful, and the customer service was top-notch. It's hands-down the best hotel in Medavakkam, and I loved every aspect of my stay.

This hotel really knows how to make you feel welcome - the warm hospitality was a highlight of my stay. The location is also a big plus, with supermarkets just a stone's throw away for easy grocery shopping. The luxurious accommodation and safe environment were the icing on the cake.
