The location, staff, and room were good, but access was limited to a single elevator serving three hotels.

The sea view from the room was spectacular, especially the sunrise which looked absolutely stunning.

The spot was spot on, but the room was cramped and had no air‑conditioning. The elevator felt a little spooky when I got in.

The location was decent. Arriving at 21:00 with an 8‑year‑old, we were moved to Hotel Orbis because they claimed our room had an issue. We’d paid for it seven months earlier. The next morning we woke to a swarm of tiny bugs on the floor, bed headboard, and walls. We reported it, they sprayed something that cut the bug count but didn’t eliminate them.
