The spot is perfect for people who want to spend time in historic buildings that have been restored in a way that keeps the old vibe. It doesn’t mean the rooms are low‑quality or below standard; on the contrary, the restored parts like doors, windows, floors, stoves, etc. were done in a very good style and tastefully, while keeping most of the original character. From a chat with the owner I learned that one of the houses used to be on the square and is a real old country cottage, just restored. The other house came from the demolition of a different place, so a large part of the buildings comes from real old houses. So they’re not new buildings styled to look old, but genuine old buildings. If someone doesn’t want to spend time in such buildings—say the creaky floor would bother them—then it’s not worth pretending to stay here. The beds are very comfortable. There’s also a grill area on the property, two grills, one metal, the other stone with a smoker. The whole place is quite spacious. We have a spa zone with a jacuzzi and a sauna. There’s a pier for swimming or sitting, a field for games, a vegetable garden, wells. There’s also a hall for parties, breakfasts, or larger groups to hang out, so the property is expanding, and the owners had and still have a clear vision of what they want from this initiative. It was interesting to learn from the owner what drove the whole idea and the living history of those houses. Such initiatives deserve appreciation. The location is close to Zamość, so we’re near the Roztocze area. The main drawback is that the fire pit area is large and spread out, but from what I know that spot is still in progress and currently a small temporary one. Prices for the jacuzzi, sauna, or the boat on the pier are quite high for a two‑person trip. It might work for groups, I guess. The entrance gate could be a bit easier to handle.

This place is a real gem, with a preserved traditional atmosphere and regional charm. The cabin is beautifully decorated, and the wood-burning stove with firewood is a lovely touch - it was even set up for us, complete with a lit fire, ready to go. For someone who's nostalgic for childhood memories of homes like this, it's like stepping back into grandma's house, but with a luxurious twist. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the owner is just wonderful - friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive.
