Great location, very clean, polite and friendly staff. All good.

The tranquility and the staff’s welcome. Only the staircase to the floor was steep, and the slope made it feel like going backwards. In the Netherlands we’ve seen that stairs are often designed that way, with a tread smaller than a foot and steep. Their were therefore standard.

Breakfast was fine, the location is a 10‑minute walk to the city centre, but I booked on short notice and better hotels were already booked.

The spot is convenient and close to the centre, but the curtains don’t block light so early morning light seeps in, and it’s quite noisy; you can hear the cleaners in the hallway clearly.
