The location is excellent in the middle of Nizami Street, just two steps from the hotel entrance, and everything is nearby—best restaurants, shops, and services; the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The only downside is that street noise can be heard in the rooms.

The cabin is spacious and tidy, and the owner is a respectful and helpful man. The only issue is that there are a few small insects in the beds.

The location was fine, but the AC leaked, and the bathroom sink, shower head, and toilet head all had leaks that nobody came to fix.

The location is excellent on Nizami Street with a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is great for families. I booked a room for three people on Booking, but when I arrived the front‑desk staff told me I had to pay extra for a third bed, even though the price I paid was for three people and the room for two was cheaper; it seemed like they didn’t understand, but overall the staff were very respectful.
