Everything was excellent, especially the staff—every single one was friendly and helpful, making the stay even nicer. The hotel will always be my first choice in Medina.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel; everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my time there.
The lifts were very busy and the old ones were quite old, but the staff were just okay.
