A lovely guest house in a very quiet area, but keep in mind it sits on a hill, giving a wonderful view of the city and a view of the church from the balcony. The spacious balcony is great for sitting with a large group at any time of day. The kitchen lets you cook, with enough dishes. The shower is clean, hot water is constant. The beds are comfortable. There is air‑conditioning in the rooms and heavy curtains. The host is very welcoming!

I stayed in a beautiful house on a hill in the old part of Kutaisi, just a 20‑minute walk from the old town. The terrace offered a stunning view of the city, the mountains, and a nearby church. The host was fantastic, helping me plan and personally taking me to the sights. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful break. We’ve been here before and will definitely return. Thanks!

We booked the family room, which actually consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The space felt like a movie set: wooden floors, high double doors, gorgeous antique furniture, and the ceilings and old‑school wallpaper were worth admiring. The large porch had several seating spots with views of the city and mountains, a green garden with fruit trees, and more places to sit. A small kitchen and refrigerator were available for guests. The owner was always smiling and helped us when our car broke down, driving us to a repair shop—amazing. His daughter speaks fluent English. If you don’t have a car, the location might be a bit inconvenient since it’s not very close to town centre. We booked two nights, stayed three, and would definitely book again if we’re in the area.

We stayed at this guest house in early June for two nights. The house is beautiful, with a magnificent balcony and leisure areas on the grounds. The garden is well‑maintained. The family room consists of two adjoining rooms that preserve the charm of old Georgian houses, with plaster walls and furniture made of natural materials. There is a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The room has three bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, the linens pleasant, and everything is clean. The host is very welcoming and will gladly give advice or drive you to the centre if needed—thanks a lot for that. I highly recommend this place.
