The hotel features a refurbished breakfast room and bar, serving a continental breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00. Staff, speaking good English, provide 24-hour assistance with sightseeing tours, museum visits, and airport transfers, and the hotel is a short bus ride from Termini Station.

The highlight was breakfast, especially the fact that it “was” there, but the location was only marginally okay, being far from the metro, which becomes tiring over a longer stay. I had grown used to the idea that this was Italy and needed a fix, yet the cost was high for a room that was only moderately clean, with cold water that was even colder, and constant, loud HVAC noise behind the walls—three stars? Italian, perhaps, but I wouldn’t give it half a star.

The location and friendly service were positives, yet there were several negatives: 1. Breakfast required leaving the building to a neighboring entrance on the street to reach the hotel bar, making cold mornings very uncomfortable. 2. The dining area was very sparse, almost windowless. 3. The breakfast menu was monotonous, daily the same without fruit (except apples), lacking a self‑serve coffee machine and tea pot, and service was single‑person only. 4. We waited two days for lighting in both rooms and the water pressure was very low; housekeeping was sporadic and the shelves in the wardrobe stayed untidy throughout our stay. 5. Since COVID, we had a prepaid deposit of 100,80 € (reservation #2209227532) that the hotel promised to credit later, but they denied the refund and never returned the amount. 6. As hotel professionals trained in education and practice, we found the property did not meet the 3‑star category requirements.

Breakfast was adequate and the staff were courteous; the location is great for visiting the center of Rome, so I will definitely return.

Habitación amplia, muy bien aislada, sin ruido, camas cómodas, baño con ducha amplia, desayuno bastante completo, amabilidad de los recepcionistas y de la señora que se ocupaba del desayuno, entorno del hotel muy tranquilo, con supermercado y restaurantes cerca. Todo perfecto
