We enjoyed a fantastic stay in a superb location, right next to everything; my partner’s 40th birthday was celebrated with a room upgrade and a fruit platter, which was very thoughtful; the staff were excellent and the sea view was perfect—thanks for a wonderful experience.

The male receptionist on the afternoon shift was outstanding—warm, welcoming and full of knowledge; we received a farewell note and fruit, and breakfast was good; the bathroom light was weak and there was no iron in the room.

The hotel’s location is ideal, the staff are incredibly responsive and always ready to help with polite answers; the room is great, with superb renovation, excellent plumbing, and an amazing Bosphorus view from the balcony; at check‑in a welcome plate of fruit was brought, which was very nice; breakfast is good, everything is available, so you won’t leave hungry; when I return to Istanbul I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
