“Couldn’t sleep as fully stained atmosphere unprofessional staff”
The place had no redeeming qualities. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel using the map, which matched the confusing description. The front door was broken and stained, rooms were dirty, and there was no mirror in the room. Towels were missing, pillow covers and bed spreads were stained, and no toothbrush or mini soap was provided. The TV didn’t work, dust was everywhere, and the bathroom was awful. The AC water drain was installed in the bathroom and hanging inside, with a dirty mirror and white spots on the toothbrush. Sink and toilet floors were dirty with bacterial stains, and the toilet bowl had horrible stains. Breakfast was unhygienic, oily, and tasteless.

Nothing. The picture in doesnt match with real hotel. The room had cockroach, the bedsheets was dirty and has cigarette burn holes. Suddenly someone knocked our room asked for phone number which can receive OTP (was very wired). Ended up checkout the hotel within 1 hours

The hotel was terrible. A strong cigarette smell filled the corridors, making the environment unpleasant. Electrical switches were exposed, raising serious safety concerns. The room wasn’t clean, the bed was in poor condition, and the spring kept pricking, making it uncomfortable; the bathroom was also poorly maintained. The listing said free parking was available, but there was none; the staff claimed it was only open parking on the main road, never mentioning covered parking, which was misleading. The staff was rude and told us we could cancel, knowing we wouldn’t get a refund. Constant noise throughout the night made it hard to sleep. No water bottle was provided, and when we asked, they said they could fill a used bottle. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The cleanliness, maintenance, and service were all disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here. We stayed only because there were no other options, it was late, and traffic was heavy; otherwise we would have booked a different hotel regardless of cost.
