The complaint starts when you ask for a single bed; they assign you a room with a double bed and charge an extra 40,00 to change rooms, the mini‑fridge doesn’t work, breakfast is terrible, and the juice offered in the morning at the end of the day was still on the table, reminding you it was artificial juice.

There are no rules applied at the time of booking regarding “check‑in time”; you book, and on the day of check‑in they call you saying they can’t after 20:00, even though the reservation states you’ll arrive after that time. I had to stop my trip to cancel what was already confirmed and find another hotel to stay in. Disrespect… they think their “policy” matters, not the information and policies of the platform they advertise. They refused a free cancellation, but I’m already pursuing legal means. A problem of R$ 128,00 that could have been solved with minimal awareness from the owners.

Everything was simple and organized, I had nothing to dislike; it was just a place to shower and rest, and since coffee was included, I loved it. The box bed has the mattress already on it and adding another mattress on top makes me uncomfortable and I wake up with back pain, but even so it wasn’t horrible.
